Service Router Error / cant receive email

Dear Scalix Team..
This morning my email server has detected a fatal error message.
vi /var/opt/scalix/log/fatal :
Service Error : service router [om 5183] a mapper error has been detected. pid of logging process: 5024
and
error : [om 5181] reply time out or invalid. mapper protocol problem
it is caused.. the electric power was down at night...
in SAC i can see a service router Stop. when am trying to start it again it is start..but when iam trying to refresh, it is stop again!!..
all email now in queues service router....
it cant be sent to user email...
please help me ..to bringing up the service router again..
