how can i fix this and what's the reason for this?

Hi,

an omscan o that user should fix it.

If you run "omdref 00107d9f38d845b8" I suspect the file will not exist. Mailbox has probably got a bit screwy.

seems odd, as omscan would normally repair that.

What happens if you copy out the filing cabinet using omcpoutu (you can use /dev/null as the filename, we are only looking for the error)

the file isn't there!

omcpoutu reports no errors.

Try running onscan with the -S parameter. omscan -AvfxSU "username" -f

you could try going into the calendar and manually deleting the item?
