How to ristrict or allow scalix user for join mailing list

Dear scalix,
i have install scalix 10 by following Scalix installer guide.
Btw, in old mail server (postfix) i can ristrict or allow user for subscribe any mailing list at yahoogroups.com. simple question : how to do this in scalix..?
