Cleaning Up HTML for Internal Mail

I need to clean up the HTML generated by Outlook 2003/Word 2003 before it's passed through our Blackberry Enterprise server. (The Word HTML causes Blackberry replies to be inserted in the wrong location. This doesn't happen with Word 2007).
Can I configure the service router to pass all internal mail through a script? I see that the service router can call a virus scanner, so I'll look at that mapper script and see if I can modify it to call other programs.
Is there a better way to do this? I need to process internal mail so setting up a milter in smptd.cfg won't work.
