omscan : [OM 3541] Content Record has not been upgraded

Hello,
one user can not log on. Neither SWA nor on Outlook.

When starting Outlook, the error is:
"Scalix Rules Wizard could not start!" ("Scalix-Regelassistent konnte nicht gestartet werden!")
"The folder can not be displayed. ("Der Ordner kann nicht angezeigt werden.")
This command is not allowed in this context "

After logging in to SWA will appear in the scalix swa.log:
"Com.sun.mail.iap.CommandFailedException: A3 NO can not SELECT that mailbox"

"omscan-Axvf-U <user>" brings the following error:
: Omscan [OM 3541] Content Record has not been upgraded to current container format.

Can it possibly be that an email is blocked the whole mailbox?
I ask for urgent help!
