Hello can't login to sac and I look at my admin account and it says its locked how do I unlock it.

Hi. Use the ommodu command (man ommodu for details). In your case it would be:

ommodu -o sxadmin -k

I unlocked my admin account but still can't login how do you reset the password.

Hi. Did you check the ommodu man page? It shows the details of not only unlocking, but also how to change a user's password.

I was able to reset the admin password but still can not login to the sac area.

Please take a look at the Scalix Administration Console forum as there are several threads regarding things to check when you can't logon to SAC. If you still can't logon, please make sure you post the requested logs as well as the omshowu and omsearch outputs.
