Sending Mail Problem

When I send any mail to an address outside our network, I get the error Domain of Sender address
usr@localdomain.com does not exsist. Is there anything wrong with my smtpd.cfg ?
Pls help

There is nothing wrong with smtpd.cfg as this is not used for sending mail.
The problem exists in either your DNS or the recipients DNS ( you don't show the non-delivery ) which means that the sending address you are using cannot be resolved.
