Upgraded to 10 and license not working!!! No Premium Users?

We just went through the upgrade to Scalix 10 and I pasted our new license which indicates it supports our main domains of pbco.ca traqprogram.ca and bcbim.ca. However, I am getting bounced messages with the errors below. Also, wen into the SAC and tried to start modifying our licensed users to Premuim and I get another error "Could not get enough licenses to configure this user". I also checked the license section in the SAC and it lists we have 25 Premium Users and unlimited Standard Users?

You should probably send an email to the support mailbox as well.

could you possibly post the output of the sxlicense command and output of the

omshowu -n username

and

omsearch -e S=<lastname of user> -m @ALL-ATTR@

commands.

Thanks, I had also sent the issue to support. The problem was the license service not starting after the upgrade and I had forgotten about the note in the email about the upgrade, that this may happen. A simple start of omlicmon fixed the problem but we are still watching the que's to be sure.
