replys/forwards to email

once sent the reply appears below the original message.

normally the reply should appear at the top of the email and the original should be at the bottom. this seems to be the case for majority of the emails that have been forwarded/ sent out but some are causing issues. Example provided below:

Some context would be useful in this.

What client are you using for this ? Is the problem happening between Scalix users or is the reply coming from an outside user ?

we are using outlook as a client for scalix and the email issue has occured with an external contact and with a contact internally whom uses exchange/outlook as their client.
