sent mails to hotmail or yahoo mail goes into the junk mail

I had Scalix setup, but today I noticed something very ususal. When I use my outlook/Evolution e-mail client I cannot send mails to yahoo mail or hotmail they just keep going into the junk mail folder. But to my surprise it works when I use Scalix webmail to send mails to hotmail. Below are my config files, hope someone can give me some advise thanks.

This is interesting; I believe we'll need more information here.

Could you possibly send two test messages to your hotmail or yahoo account, one using Outlook, the other using SWA and actually post the message source (including all headers specifically) for both messages here?
