Every time anyone tries to send an email to one of our enterprise email accounts they receive this error back.

----------------------------- ERROR REPORT ----------------------------- Message could not be delivered to the following recipient:

First Last / medsphere/CN=first last

because: 'A mail transport failure occurred' [OM 9205]

When I looked up the error it gave me this message.

Error Group: OM Error Number: 9205

A mail transport failure occurred

If this error was generated by the X.400 mapper, one of the things to
check is the outgoing password for X.400.

If this error was generated by the Fax Gateway, this is a rather poor
mapping to X.400 terminology of a failure to deliver the message, often
due to bad line quality, no dial tone, or no ring tone. Within Scalix
networks, this non-delivery reason will be accompanied by suitable
explanatory text which will clarify the reason.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Only one user has this problem. We don’t use a fax gateway and I have no idea what a X.400 mapper is?

Can any one shed some light on this error? It’s becoming a huge issue for business.

Thanks

This error is fixed with the restart. However, it returns after about 1 week. Any ideas on what is causing this problem?
