How can I configure SCalix to CC all emails sent and received to goto another server?

What exactly are you trying to accomplish with this? Are you trying to setup some type of archiving? If so, take a look at page 325 of the Scalix Admin Guide for details on how to enable Archiving using the inet: setting.
