I have a problem where new users are not showing up under the sac after I add them. I can see them using omsearch but that's the only way. Any Ideas?

Did you relogon to the sac? Sometimes it also happens to me but I only have to relogin and then I can seen new users and groups.

Yeah, i've logged out, closed the browser waited several day's and still no new users

Not supposed to happen, but try closing Outlook, then run

omexeccda

on the server (as root) and then restart Outlook and see if this fixes it? It is possible the CDA server is not updating the Outlook address books.

Oh, wait, my bad .. this is SAC, not Outlook ...

A couple of questions:

How many total directory entries in Scalix?

If you scroll to the bottom of the list of users do you see the text "Incomplete List.."?

If you search for the new users by entering a thier last name in the search box (located just above the user list) Does SAC display the new users?

One more:

Try this brief test:
1) Add a new test user in SAC
2) Use the drop down list (again located above the user list), select "New Users"

Does SAC display the new user?

Note: The "New" and "Modified" references are for the current SAC session. As soon as you logout, the new session begins again.

There are only 5 users in the list and there is not anything at the bottom about incomplete list.

also, when i add a new user and goto new users the user does appear. it just dosn't after i logout and log back in
