Hi

I would like to migrate from Postfix/POP3 to Scalix in company (located in Poland) with ca. 700 users, and I have few questions:

I know that Scalix was made with iso-8859-1/15 charset support in mind, but is there any possibility to configure it to support iso-8859-2 / cp1250? Or even to translate non ascii chars to equivalent ascii? If there isn't any way to do it, when (if ever) will Scalix support iso-8859-2?

I'd realy like to implement Scalix server, but some way to eliminate "????" or "_____" in messages subject and names of attached files is crucial to me.

Thanks in advance for any reply.

Hi,

currently, ISO 8859-2 is not supported. We only support ISO 8859-1 at the moment. That said, we are working on improved character set support, notably UTF-8 support.

Cheers,

Sascha.
