message body format issue?

We have a couple of customers sending us email from their exchange servers (2 different sites) which always look like this below. This is the same view in outlook with outlook plug in and in the webmail client. is there some setting on the server to reformat thiis type on message on the way in. We are running the latest community edition by the way.
