We have a user using Thunderbird configured using POP3 to connect to our Scalix Server. The user is trying to send an email to the following address amjad.khan@afi.com.sa, the user gets the following bounce back message;

because: Recipient name not found at destination

Has anyone had this problem before? I checked the email address on the server and it is correct? What could be causing this?
