I was fighting for almost a week with this weird error.
Everything seems ok but SAC dont worked, SWA and others worked ok.
But for me there was simply solution (at last), just delete and create sxqueryadmin account. Maybe this will help somewone.
First find ID of sxqueryadmin account
#omshowu -n sxqueryadmin
then
#omdelu sxqueryadmin@fqdn
#omaddu -n sxqueryadmin/<mailnode> --class limited -c admin -p <yourpassword> sxqueryadmin@yourfqdn
Your password must be the same in /var/opt/scalix/<name>/caa/scalix.res/psdata
You can find your fqdn
#hostname --fqdn
