Shared Calendars

I have a secretary who wishes to manage calendars for a couple of our employees. How do i go about setting up the calendars to do that?

If you're talking about Outlook, this is done through the standard delegate feature of the client.
As the principal, go to Tools->Options->Delegates and configure the delegate for access to the calendar. The delegate will usually receive a message detailing what permissions they have.
As the delegate, you can then go to File->Open->Other User's folder and you can select the Calendar of the principal.
