Mozilla Calendar bug with recurring appointments in CalDAV

Just a note for whoever else may run into this issue. The Mozilla calendaring clients have a bug in implementing an iCalendar RRULE that contains a BYSETPOS. A simple example of this is an appointment that occurs on the second Tuesday of every month

Took me quite a long time to find the root cause, but it is described at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=322458 as an issue in libical. Unfortunately no fix seems to be on the horizon for this, they probably won't fix this in Lightning 0.8 it seems.
