unable to receive email

My email server suddenly can't receive any mail from internal & external mail.
how to check? anyone can help me?

This is very vague. Could be hundreds of causes. Are you getting any errors? Are there any networking or DNS issues? Those would be my starting point.

The first thing you need to do is from the console do

omstat -s && omstat -a
