how can i set, the rights to one user, which can send mails in name an other user?

in my example:

i have a goup named "IT" with an allocated mail addr "it@domain.com".
all the ITs are located in this group. Now they should send their mails not with there mailaddress in sender. They must can send with an senderaddress "it@domain.com".

if i try it, i get an error, that i have not the right to send mail in name of an other.

where can i set it and allow the access?

You cannot send as a group, only as another user. To do that, in either SWA or Outlook you need to be set up as a delegate, then put the username in the FROM field of the email.

A POP3/IMAP client can send as any address, so you will then be able to send as the group.
