sending emails not working for certain addresses

emails to this address are not being delivered, I know for a face that the address is correct and mailbox exists. I turned on auditing and saw that unix.out was trying to process the message, when the error report arrives in my mailbox it does not have any headers so it iscoming from my server. can some on please help.

We had a similar issue not so far back. We had changed some user attributes i.e from "Jane mrs Dow" to Jane Dow" The problem in this situation was that internal users had the origional name cached in their Outlook / SWA and people who sent to Jane mrs Dow now got bounce messages. We simply deleted the chched names in Outlook / SWA and all came right.
