Deleted user still included in group email listing

Hi all,
I hope this is the right place to be posting this inquiry - if not sorry in advance.
I am running Scalix 10.0.1.21 and I have recently deleted a user who was part of a group alias. I did not remove them from the group previous to deleting the user (through SAC).
The problem is that now when emailing the group alias ex: adminstaff@ourdomain, it's still including the deleted email address in the group, so we get a bounce message as below (email replaced with x@x)
Subject: Returned mail: see transcript for details

TIA -- hope that this is a common problem and just off topic -- is it pretty easy to upgrade Scalix?
Thanks
