Public Forlders, Calendar??

Hey @ ALL,
i installed the 11.3 on a SLSE10.
Now i want to add some public folders.
With the omaddbb i created some of them.. that works fine.
Now i search a possibility, how i can provide a public calendar for my users.
Can i modify a created Bulletin Board from a "public e-mail folder" to a "public calendar"?
the second question, how can i modify the owner of a BB all my creaded folders got the owner status: (no owner)
