Send copy of email to another mailbox?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but delegation would allow the assistant to open the CEO's mailbox when working at the computer. The problem comes in when you are out of the office, the assistant needs access on a blackberry as well.

For your rules exceptions you will probably have to run it by Scalix Support. Delegation only allow you to open another mailbox, as you said.

2 questions about this:
1) how do you remove the rule once it's set ?
2) how can you copy also all outgoing mail to another account, not just the received ?

If you want rules to copy or forward mails to another account then you need to look at Outlook rules. They work very well. They are server based so work regardless if you are using Outlook or not. You can also do the same thing in SWA if you wish

Copying all outgoing mail is like archiving. Please search for archiving on this forum. Archiving will not work for CE versions of Scalix.
