SMTP Relay and Sendmail interaction

How could I miss that? OK changed that, but still no luck sending from webclient.
catalina.out shows a connection refused, a telnet to localhost on port 587 works
telnet localhost 587
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.
220 resver.mydomain.com ESMTP 11.4.0.11669; Wed, 11 Jun 2008 11:54:11 +0200 (CEST)
Any ideas?
