This morning my email server has detected a fatal error message.

it is caused.. the electric power was down at night...

in SAC i can see a service router Stop. when am trying to start it again it is start..but when iam trying to refresh, it is stop again!!..

all email now in queues service router....
it cant be sent to user email...

please help me ..to bringing up the service router again..

There are a number of messages being logged that you need to investigate.

First, is the file /var/opt/scalix/sys/xport.mappers/trusted.users either world writable or not a normal file ?

Second, is clamd running ? If not, you need to ensure it is configured to run after a reboot. The Service Router will not start if clamd is not running.

OK thanks for your quick reply
i have following your advice, with :
1. cek file : /var/opt/scalix/sys/xport.mapper/trusted.users
that file owner by scalix.scalix (-rwxrwxrwx)
with contents :
root
daemon
ucp
bin
scalix
x400
mail
mmdf
openmsg

2. cek clamd services. this services already running
But my problem not solved yet.
Please help me... Urgent

OK. You've answered my questions...

1. You need to run the command

omcheck -s | sh
as, for some reason, the permissions on that file are not correct.

2. For the message Reply received: 503 "ClamAV" cannot scan Scalix-owned file Can't connect to clamd. to be displayed, it means that clamd does not appear to be running. Run the command

clamdscan /etc/passwd
and post what result comes back.
