mail send to digital nirvana???

Hi
I've a problem with two toplevel domains and scalix
my ISP host's 2 domains, each user has 2 emailadresses
user@domain.com and user@do-main.com

when a mail is send to user@domain.com, the user recieve this mail
but when the mail is send to user@do-main.com fetchmail recieve this mail,
but the user don't recieve this mail

in the userconfig I select as the IA=user@domain.com and as an alias user@do-main.com.

whats happend with the mail to user@do-main.com?? is the send to the digital nirvana??

the masquerading on the server is

server.domain.com / domain.com

should I add "do-main.com" somewhere in the system-settings??
I use Suse9.1

If you enable auditing on the SMTP Relay as follows:

omoff -d 0 smtpd
omconfaud -a smtpd 15
omon smtpd

this will log transactions to /var/opt/scalix/logs/audit.

This will show you whether the do-main.com address is being recognised by the SMTP Relay.

Look for records that begin with SMTP-Relay. The summary-target line will show you where the message was sent next: S=Scalix, U=Sendmail (Unix) and X is for the Scalix to Scalix transport.

If you are seeing a U, this means that you do not have an entry in the SYSTEM directory where IA=address@do-main.com. You can confirm this with the command

Thank your very much for your fast answer!

But the problem was another! The ISP makes trouble with one
of the domains (postboxes) After a long phonecall the
problems was solved.

But your Idea with the audit log is put in your knowledgebase.
