Hi all,
I have an error with one mailbox. I can't export it because the error below occurs. So I would delete this message in the messagestore with omcontain. But I can't find this message. How can I find out where this message is?

Hi!

We suffer the same sxmboxexp-effect with one mailbox.
If we try sxmboxlist for that very user it exits after short time and the return-code in $? is 99.
Using omcontain on that account shows a lot of purged ("P"-flagged) messages in the inbox-folder. So I conclude that also omtidyu doesn't work correctly...
Support call is opened up but no one can help us out.
I think there is sth broken in the database for that account.

Any hints here-in?

ah sorry forgot to mention,

our problem came after restore of a users calendar folder using sxmboximp!

We have exactly the same problem, but we did not use sxmboximp before the error occurred.

I have the same problem. sxmboxexp returns exist code $?=99 sxmboxlist returns exit code $?=100

Edit: Using scalix version 11.4.5 - Cannot delete message since I cannot find it using "omcontain" and I have definately looked hard.

Hello guys,

i cannot wait any longer. I advised the users to delete the mail, which caused the error (it was only a christmas mail), and the error disappeared.
Btw. this cannot be the solution !!!

Scalix should fix this problem, because mailbox backup is really essential.
