how to transfer data

Hi,

I just setup another scalix version 11 and I want to transfer all my data (emails,users,password,contacts) from my old scalix 11 server to the newly installed scalix 11 server. I'm new to scalix so please bear with me on how to transfer data. I just recently learn how to install scalix yesterday and I found it promising.

Hope someone can guide me or at least provide a link on how to do this. Tried to use Google but cannot find exact site for my needs.
