Folder not possible to see

Hi

We are having problems with a mail folder that can not be viewed. The error message we get from the web interface is:
Failed to display messages for folder Sent Items. The browser received some data, but it was unable to display it. Click 'Send/Receive' to try again.

We have run omscan but without any improvements. omshowlog does not report anything.

Does anyone have any tips on what more to do?

omtidyu did not help, unfortunately. Any other tips? Is there some other way than omshowlog to get error reports about the mail folders?
