We are evaluating Scalix and we find it a great product and we would like to present it to our customers.
Sometimes we have to put a setup where we have to send all incoming, external mail to a specific account. We can easily do this both with Mdaemon and Postfix via maildrop script.
After reading the documentation of Scalix and several posts, I suppose there are two ways to do this with your product.
1)Set up a script for the Archiver to check the FROM header to determine if the mail is external and do the forward
A question: when does the archiver start? After virus/spamming/local delivery address checks? I don't want rejected mail being forwarded.
2)Use rules. Problem here is that we have to setup for every account (yep I know about sxaa command) and I suppose users can modify those rules via rules wizard (unless we disable it completely)
Are there other ways?
Thanks,
Alessandro
