No free enterprise users in Scalix 10 community edition?

Postby bschempf » Wed Feb 15, 2006 5:22 pm

Hi,

Just upgraded a Scalix 9.4.2 community edition server to version 10. Install went smoothly, but existing Enterprise users can no longer invite others to a meeting or see public folders. In SAC, they still say "is premium (formerly enterprise) user". I can change to "is standard user", but if I try to change back again, I get a message "could not get enough licenses to configure this user". I only have 15 enterprise/premium users, used to be 25. Should I be able to create more?

Thanks,
Brad

Hi,

Could you post the output of "sxlicense -u" command?

Then we can start to figure out what is causing this behavior. Scalix 10 community edition allows 25 premium users.

Cheers,

A second restart after the upgrade and all is well. Sorry for the false alarm.
