Exporting User password

Hello,

i want to use the Scalix Users (with their passwords) for some other services that requires authentication (f.e. Webserver).

When i export the users with omsearch i get the encrypted passwords.

... UL-SASL-PWD=$1$someotherchars ...


now i am wondering in which way this password is encrypted?


Can anyone give me a hint?

got it...

it is an md5 string with an 12 chars long salt.

and it is in the UL-PWD field, not in the UL-PWD-SASL field.
