550 Denied due to spam list

I get this message when i try to send any email from Scalix server to our company's other server

550 Denied due to spam list

I have already added the ISP IP of the scalix server to smtpd.cfg RELAY section.

Anything else that I need to do?

Search the forum for 550 Denied due to spam list (Search for all terms).
It could be for a couple of different reasons, nothing related to spam list. This error message is very misleading.

This helped me.... added the smtp user authentication and things worked.
