read confirmation

Actually, in SWA, when receive a mail with read confirmation, scalix not advise user to send the confirmation like outlook, and the confirmation send automatically, is there an option to ask the user to send it???

You can disable it in swa.properties but it works only when you check View/preview pane in your Webmail.

I view in the swa, that when you open the mail, in the otbox folder, apear 1 message, but i think that it is deleted, because the confirmation don't send.
Is there an option thet ask the user to sen the confirmation?

You need to restart scalix-tomcat. Be sure to wait for it to completely shut down before restarting it.

It may be the easiest to restart the whole machine, actually.

i can't restart de server, because is the mail server.
Restarting tomcat not work, and stop and starting, neither.
