We are using Scalix 11.0.2 as our mailserver. It is setup woth a real IP and sits in the DMZ of our firewall.
Most of my users just POP the mail off the server. However, we used to have an ISP based solution, so for many, their SMTP settings are still smtp.comcast.net (our ISP).
I am seeing instances where one of my employees will mail someone, and when that person tries to respond to the employee, it fails. Most of the headers are below. Even with the employee whitelisted, it will fail saying it was rejected by SpamAssassin (though I think SA has nothing to do with it). Is it because they are sending out on comcast's SMTP?? I doubt it, but I am running low on ideas!!!
