Since upgrading to v11.3 update 1last week random imap users are complaining that they can not access their email. In the cases below the email accounts were not locked.
On Friday a user tried Outlook and Thunderbird to access their email. When they attempted to access Webmail the login process started but never completed. Eventually they tried using a Pop3 connection and they were able to access all their email.
Today an Opera user was unable to access their email due to an incorrect username/password message. Resetting their password, allowed them access to the webmail, however using the password to try an establish an Imap connection failed with an incorrect username/password with both Opera, Outlook and Thunderbird.
