My daily cron is full of these entries I should worry about them? I am not getting any errors or problems with the server that I notice however the shear amount to these worries me.

This is likely logwatch sending this to you. Scalix uses SIS to do mailbox searches, and there could be a huge amount of them, and apache diligently logs every request. I suggest you modify the logwatch configs to ignore these lines.
