Problem with sac

when i click on show "All Scalix Users" in sac it leave a message "Incomplete list" after showing some of the user names here is the screen shot of it.



Some of the users are missing from the list, in order to view those missing users i have to goto groups and select the user from the group then i can access them. When i search for there name in search field i can see them. It is only for a specific users say 5-6 out of 120 user.

Yep it can't display all 120 users, not enough room.

To find pacific users you can type their name in the name field. i.e.

as you type san then the name sanjay will be the only name that appears

if you type sha then two names will appear only

I believe it displays the first 100? users that were created then sorts them by alpha, as opposed to sorting the list then displaying the first 100 users. This is confusing because new employees don't show up in the global address book even if they should be first in the alphabet.

Under SAC -> Settings -> Administration -> I set the "Maximum number of items" to 1000.

Once I did that people could see all users in the global address book, and I could see them all in the SAC.
