Problem omaddu after update 11.2 to 11.3

After update scalix from 11.2 to 11.3, not add user from sac and command omaddu.

What do you see in the event log *before* the OM 10270 error? The 10270 just says the process can't continue; usually (hopefully) something is in the logs before the 10270 showing what caused the problem.
