User cannot login via IMAP/SWA

Hi all,

I have one user with a 7.1gb mailbox that is inexplicably unable to login via IMAP/SWA. pop3 and smtp are both fine. When I try to connect as him, using telnet or otherwise, the IMAP session just hangs after ? LOGIN when using the correct password.

I ran omscan -vfx -U -A and also did an omoff/omon imap, but he is still unable to login.

The imap logs in SWA show nothing about him.

I suppose my next step will be to delete and recreate his user? Or are there other tricks to try?

Have you run the omtidyallu -M on your server yet?
