Can't un/subscribe IMAP-Folder (anymore)

Hi list,

please bear with me, since i'm new to this forum and also to scalix.
though i dug into literally hundreds of postings and wiki articles i couldn't find any clues, so i have to ask YOU to help me, please.

system:
brand new install of scalix 11.1(community-edition) on openSuse 10.1.

my problem: i can't un/subscribe imapfolder.
if i try to via thunderbird/outlook/opera nothing happens, the selected folder(s) keeps its state. this happens in all other user-accounts too.

nothing obvious in the logs.
restarted imap-deamon and all other services (omshut, omrc) repeatedly.

so if anybody got any idea where to look, what to check or what screwed up i'd be very grateful.

still can't un/subscribe folders.

this issue drives me and 'my' users nuts.
also that i can't find anything in the logs.(?)

hi list,

still can't un/subscribe public imap-folders (aka bulletin-boards).
i've been reading logfiles for almost a week now and still got no idea with might be wrong.

meanwhile i've set up imap-logging with the "enable_imap_logging" script.
un/subscribing folders via outlook gives

in the logfile.

seems to be ok.
but the the folder refuses to show up as subscribed in the mailclient.

so who tells the mailclient which folders are actually subscribed?

I regret that this is an issue that one of my colleagues recently spotted too.
The bug to track it is :
http://bugzilla.scalix.com/show_bug.cgi?id=16030

which we are hoping to address in the release after the one which is currently in QA.

hi Gren,

kinda saved my day (/weekend/live)!

the boss stood right behind me, grumbling about the un/subscribe-problem and my knowledge and skills, when the mail "Topic Reply Notification - Can't un/subscribe IMAP-Folder (anymore)" came in.

now he (hopefully) is of my back for a while.

so thank's a lot for your reply.

if i can be helpful in solving this issue, feel free to ask.
