Empty deleted items

It seems the items in "Deleted items" get cleared every day. Is there any way to disable this feature?

nb. I use the community edition

In Outlook right-click on the Deleted Items and change the number of days for auto-deletion.

Or have a look in the Admin Guide page 201 for a global option to turn this off. Just remember that without cleaning the mailstore can grow quite large, as a lot of people I know will never clean it out.
