The man page is always a good place to start. It has basically everything you need to know. There are two more tool, sxmboxlist and sxmboximp as well. list is for viewing mailbox contents, or the contents of archive files. imp is, of course, for importing archive files.

man is the UNIX manual pages.

man sxmboxexp is what you are looking for.

Try man man as well
