Cannot start Remote Client Interface

Hi,

if i try to omon all Services i get the following error:
omon : [OM 4828] Cannot start up subsystem Remote Client Interface,
a shut down is in progress.

I have restartet the complete system. But it doesn't matter.
Where is the flag that shows omon that this service is in shutdown?

I hope someone can help me.

Hi Cristian!

You can reset the Service status and then start it, the commands are as below:

Code: Select all

omreset -o off rci
omon rci

Hi,

i'm using Scalix (V11.1.0) in a XEN-DomU and had the same problem.
I've added the commands in the startscript /etc/init.d/scalix.

Is there a problem with it? (Works fine for me)
Maybe you can also fix your startscript?

Nearby: I found another (little) error in the startscript /etc/init.d/scalix-postgres, see here.
