Use SAC. You can look at the queues in there, and (I believe) also delete messages.

it shows up in error queue, but doesn't display the actual msg

From the command line, you could use

omresub -q error -i

This will allow you to interactively resubmit or delete messages that are in the error queue.

omresub will also allow you to delete it by message ID if that's better for you. you can see the details in the man page for omresub.

You could also use omqdump...very similar to omcontain, to look at the details of the message and give clues as to why its there.

If the item on the queue is an ACK it can safely be deleted.

It's caused by the Outlook SmartCache client sometimes producing unroutable acknowledgements. There are a couple of bug reports for this problem and with the next server release (11.2) these items will not appear on the ERROR queue.
