Connection Drop

Hello,

Users are complaining that POP3 connection drops after about 500 mails and when they reestablish the conneciton all previous mails starts downloading.

is there a setting to increase the time out.

Hi Sanjay!

I would request you to refer to page#183 in the Scalix Administration guide at:
http://www.scalix.com/documents/Scalix_ ... 11.0.2.pdf
for POP Server Options, make the changes in general.cfg file, you will have to restart the
pop3.server process.

Hello,

My current general.cfg in /var/opt/scalix/m1/s/sys doe snot have any reference to pop3.process.

How do I find out what is the current number and how much should I increase to.

I have a Xeon, 2GB server with 500Gb sata Mirrored, Redhat 4. There are about 600 Users.
