mailbox restore problems

I have used the backup script provided on http://www.scalix.com/wiki/index.php?ti ... ckupScript. This has been successful. I created a test user and deleted some email and tested a restore. The restore appears to work correctly, however I no longer see the user in sac, yet I can still login as this user through webmail, and see the restored data. When I run omshowu -m all, I see the user which was restored and it looks identical to the users I see in sac. Can anybody shed some light on this?

Did you restore on the same machine, or a different one? I have seen this behaviour when the machine's name changed. There are two articles on the wiki on how to change the machine's name and IP in the mailstore, if this is the case.

This is being done on the same machine. The fqdn has not been changed.

Can you please post the output from "omsearch -s|grep <LastName>" as well as "omshowu -n <authID>"
