Mail delivery stopped for a user :o(

hi,

Having just migrated one of my "Enterprise Users" (on the Scalix Community Server) data (233Mb in size) Email sent to the user is no longer delivered (but smtpd accepts it)

Having read a few similar posts http://www.scalix.com/community/viewtop ... il+stopped

, I ran omcheck and the only message that appeared was:

Hi,

From what mail system did you migrate this user? Is her account still active on that system? Can she send mail to other Scalix users? to the internet? Can she receive mail from other Scalix users?

What's the output from omsearch -e "cn=gail rennie"

Does she have any rules setup that redirect mail elsewhere? Is this happening to any other Enterprise users?

Now working, issue with ClamAV caused the problem.

Mathew,

thanks for your help on this, This was the first user to have their data transferred over from Outlook (pop account) into Scalix. There were no rules in place to forward any mail and she couldn't receive mail but could send it both internally and externally.

omsearch -e "cn=gail rennie" provded all the info that was setup in SAC.

After coming back into work this morning, I noticed that all mail on to Scalix seemed to have stopped (logs/fatal) and it complained about clamav "exhibits unexpected behaviour"

Removing clamav and reinstalling (via yast) seems to have corrected the problem however it now looks as if ClamAV is no longer scanning mail :o(, but I'll relog as I cannot see what/why this is now occurring, but thats a subject for another post
